Has the tax exemption for historic vehicles been amended?
Has there been any movement to amend the current cut-off for the tax exemption for historic vehicles?

The MoT statistics analysis at www.honestjohn.co.uk shows that pre-1960 vehicles have a pass rate as good as three-year-old cars undergoing their first MoT, and, to cut unnecessary red tape, they will be MoT exempt from November.
