Selling a classic privately?
I am about to sell a 1961 Jaguar Mk2. Have you a standard form of sale which i can use in which incorporates to the buyer 'sold as seen' and is legal in case of comebacks?

No. Just make it up. But you remain liable if the car is sold as in roadworthy (drive away) condition and it isn't. Why not a classic car auction, such as www.historics.co.uk or www.barons-auctions.com?
