Choice of cars for the disabled
I get mobility allowance but cannot afford to fill the tank regularly and feel that a new car every three years is a waste, I have managed to reduce my miles per year to around 6K.
I am thinking along the lines of a classic car with reasonable mpg (30-40mpg?) and something that makes you smile when you get in it!

Alternatively, thinking bigger, £3k to £4k buys a Rover 75 2.0CDI diesel and these are likely to assume classic status fairly soon.
