How much should I sell my Rover 114 GTa for?
I've put up an ad for my Rover 114 GTa. I've set the asking price at £2000 but I really don't know what price to put it as because I believe that it could be worth anywhere from a few hundred pounds. Do you have any idea of what would be a reasonable amount to start as an asking price for and what to accept?

Ultimately, a car is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. The very best examples of these often appear on a dealer's forecourt at around the £3500, while decent models for sale privately hover at around £2500-£3000. An example that's got an MoT but has a few jobs on the 'to do' list would be about £1800, while projects are about £1k. You'll still see the odd one at advertised at £5k, £8, or even £10k+ but I doubt that they ever sell for that.
