Where can I source obsolete Ford parts?
I am trying to find a part for my car - it's the fuel line that goes from the fuel filter to the engine, a small piece of plastic pipe with a fitting on either end. I have tried all my sources, even Ford Germany and USA. I am trying to get in contact with someone from Heritage Ford but no doors will open. I feel this is a part I may require to have manufactured, but can't locate anyone who can do this. I still have the old one, but my car has been off the road for four weeks and I would really like it back. Can you help in anyway?

Have you tried contacting the Ford clubs? There may be someone who can help there. You could try breakers and scrap yards or see if you can find someone breaking a car on eBay that may have the part you require. Have you tried companies like Europaspares who sell parts for kit cars (which I think this engine found its way into). Alternatively, you could try Russell performance - they sell lines and a range of adaptors and should have something that allows you to make your own part.
